• When defrosting, let it come to room temperature naturally DO NOT MICROWAVE!
• The bread has a 30 day shelf stable life at room temperature after it is defrosted
• To prevent drying and cracking of the bread, seal the open end of the package 
• For best results, store the bread in a zip lock bag or air tight container
• DO NOT REFREEZE the lawash flatbread
